If you ever considered taking German or English language lessons, if you are planning to travel, or if would like to learn more about history or culture – let’s talk.
During the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to teach German and English/ESL at various schools in Germany, Texas, Pennsylvania, and California. This included ensuring my students’ success in their high school, college, and university level language classes and advanced level exams such as for the LCCI, International Baccalaureat (IB), AP, as well as the German B1 and C1.
My philosophy has always been that learning a language means learning to speak it, and my classes are usually structured with that goal in mind.
While textbooks can be useful, my students have come to appreciate the blended personalized material I have developed for their language classes over the years.
I would be thrilled to assist you in your language learning - online, in one-on-one, or small group classes. Students from 25+ nations have benefitted from my experience, interdisciplinary connections, multilingual communication skills, my structured approach, and the ability to react to changing course goals in flexible, creative, and efficient ways.
And yes, having lived in both Germany and the U.S., your questions on traveling, geography, history, and way of life are always welcome.
